Nearsightedness
Nearsightedness is a kind of eye disease featuring clear vision of objects when observed closely while blurry vision when observing the distance. In ancient medical books, it is also called “eyesight capability when nearby while incapability when distant”. In western medicine, nearsightedness is divided into low, middle and high levels: low myopia refers to a diopter below -3.0D, middle myopia refers to those below -6.0D and high myopia refers to those above -6.0D. It is often observed among the overstressed teenagers.
