Motion Sickness
Motion Sickness, or kinetosis, is a kind of disease resulting from irritation to the vestibular nerves due to bumps, sways, rotation and any other form of accelerated motion generated when in moving vehicles (automobile, ships, airplanes, etc.). At the beginning, the patient will feel epigastric discomfort, then accompanied with nausea, pale complexion and cold sweats, leading to syndromes of vertigo, depression, hypersalivation, vomiting, etc.
